BAA Grievance Policy The BAA cares about our children.  If you have a complaint or problem and need help, please feel free to contact the appropriate Program Director.  If you still have a problem, the BAA has a grievance procedure to resolve disputes.  Complete BAA bylaws and our grievance procedure are on file at the East Boxford Library.  If you believe our rules have not been adhered to, you have the right to file a written complaint with the BAA Executive Board and mail it to BAA, P.O. Box 100, Boxford, MA 01921.
